The REDARC BCDC1225D In-vehicle Battery Charger is a 12V 25A In-vehicle DC to DC battery charger.
Featuring a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) solar regulator, the BCDC1225D will charge from both solar and the alternator simultaneously. And, with built-in 'Green Power Priority' it will select solar charging first, meaning less load on the alternator.
Suitable for 12 or 24-volt vehicle systems, the unit will also work with either standard or variable/smart alternators.
The BCDC1225D features the same patented charging profiles as it’s predecessor along with a new lithium charging profile making the unit suitable for charging AGM, Gel, Standard Lead Acid, Calcium and LiFePO4 batteries, perfect for pairing with a REDARC Lithium battery.
For most applications, the BCDC1225D is suitable for battery bank sizes of 75-200AH. For higher capacity needs of over 200AH, REDARC recommends the BCDC1240D.

The BCDC1220-IGN features a lower voltage setting so it can continue to operate with a low input voltage from the alternator.

The Manager Alpha's built in Green Power Priority™ will prioritise solar input, minimising the load on your alternator and saving fuel. Suitable for BCDC1220, BCDC1220-IGN, and BCDC1225D, the BCDCWK-001 BCDC Wiring Kit has been designed to facilitate easy installation of a REDARC BCDC DC to DC Battery charger when the start battery and auxiliary battery are in close proximity within the engine bay (less than 0.6m apart).
This kit contains all the cables, fuses, fuse holders and connectors required to install the BCDC between the batteries. The cables are even pre-crimped on one end, and through use of the supplied terminal block, the other end of the cables can be trimmed to length to suit the specific installation. The Auxiliary Battery ground cable and solar to Anderson cable are sold separately.

This kit contains all the cables, fuses, fuse holders and connectors required to install the BCDC between the batteries. The cables are even pre-crimped on one end, and through use of the supplied terminal block, the other end of the cables can be trimmed to length to suit the specific installation. The REDARC BCDC1212T DC Battery Charger is a 12 volt, 12 amp, input current-limited, DC to DC battery charger, designed to charge liftgate and trailer auxiliary batteries to 100% state of charge while you’re on the move.
Always Charged And Ready To Work
The BCDC1212T is the ideal battery charger for trailers - such as dump trailers, boat trailers, car trailers, liftgate trucks and camper vans - with electrical equipment and accessories (for example, hydraulic pumps, winches and fridges).
This 12 volt, 12 amp input-limited charger works in 12 and 24 volt vehicles. The BCDC1212T charges standard lead acid, calcium content, Gel, AGM and LiFePO4 batteries.

The unique charging profile for each battery type allows the maintenance for your auxiliary battery. This DC battery charger keeps the secondary battery charged whilst driving to a proven 100% state of charge.
