Defender 90 Tubular Outrigger Replacement for the Land Rover Defender 90. Made in the UK by DDS Metals.
Outriggers carry the body and bulkhead mounts out from the main chassis rail and sit right in the spray thrown up by the wheels, so they are one of the first parts of a Land Rover chassis to rot. A corroded outrigger is a common MOT failure and lets the body move on its mounts; a new one restores a solid mounting point.
Details: The chassis end of the tube is reduced in diameter so it fits inside the old outrigger stub, making fitting easier. The right-hand outrigger includes the fuel tank mounts.
