LOF Land Rover Series Front Disc Brake Conversion Kit

The LOF front disc brake conversion kit converts a Land Rover Series 88" or 109" (Series 1, 2 and 3) to Defender-style front disc brakes. LOF manufacture a custom billet swivel housing to replace the original FRC2074/5, which keeps all the original axle components inboard of the swivel while updating the outer components to Land Rover Defender parts.

No modifications or machining are needed, it uses a standard vented Defender disc, and the original track width is retained, so no steering adjustment is needed. It works with standard size steel rims and alloys.

• Kit Contents option: Adaptors Only supplies LOF's swivels, drive flanges and fixings, and you source the Defender outer driveline components yourself. Complete Kit includes the Defender parts listed above.

• Spline option: choose 10 or 24 spline drive flanges to suit your axle.

• For freewheeling hubs you will need Defender freewheeling hubs, which are readily available.

• LOF reports the kit is available globally and has been reviewed by Australian government authorities for certification approval.
