A replacement clutch fork pivot for the Land Rover Defender and Discovery. The pivot ball is the fixed anchor point on the gearbox bell housing that the clutch fork works against.
The pivot wears over time, especially if the fork bush has been worn or missing. A worn pivot causes imprecise clutch fork movement and speeds up release bearing wear, so it is best replaced alongside the fork bush whenever the bell housing is removed.
